This statement remains one of our core values and is as important to us today as it was when the company started in 2007. Our ICT Support packages are constantly evolving and we are always striving to find ways to better deliver them.

Our support package covers all of your ICT requirement including desktop, laptops and mobile devices & tablets. Support is delivered via telephone, onsite or remotely using our secure remote monitoring and management tools.

We believe we enter into a partnership with all our clients, as such our service is tailored around your specific needs and provides you with a bespoke service specific to your business or school.

Highly Qualified Staff

Mercuryavs staff are well trained and always willing to help.
They are professional, courteous and talk to you in a clear and concise manner.
Moreover, all of our staff are enhanced DBS checked as standard.

Remote & Onsite Support

Unlimited ICT service requests can be logged via our dedicated Helpdesk. If possible, an engineer will resolve your query at this point using our remote tools. If your issue cannot be resolved remotely we will schedule an onsite engineer visit for no additional charge.

Client Specific SLAs

All our clients benefit from our tightly automated SLA’s that ensure our contractual client commitments are met and in most cases excelled upon. Specific Response times and targets for fixes can be set up to suit the needs and budget of your organisation.

Regular Client Reviews

All of our clients have Regular Client Reviews supported by Statistical Reports and Benchmarked Survey’s from our management systems. These reviews are a great way to reflect on recent performance of our team in supporting the client and are used by us to collectively share information on sector and technology demands and trends. Clients embrace the reviews as an excellent forum to help guide them with longer term ICT strategy.

Scheduled Weekly Maintenance Visits

Regular updates of antivirus software, installing software patches, checking hard disk usage and ensuring your backup is up to date are all regular good housekeeping tasks which can help maintain a healthy network.
Our service includes scheduled maintenance visits to complete these tasks leaving busy our clients to concentrate on their core organisational operations.
